Recently it has become a lengthy chore to get the app to sync with my device. Sometimes I go days without being able to do so. The strips are expensive and I test multiple times per day. To not be able to sync the data is a problem, to say the least. Update: Impressed with the quick response (a few hours!) from the Developer! Problem is being addressed. So, I am moving stars to 4, for now. On the whole, the entire Keto-Mojo team- from customer service to developers- has been exceptional!

Edit/Update: After talking with support ( who couldn't really resolve the issue) I figured that not only to you have to clear all dates - you also need to clear all "Sources" fields, and "Tags" (tap them so they show a light grey background) which are selected by default before your readings show up. If you go into a reading to make notes or add tags, when you come out the same "Sources" filed need to be cleared again. It's quiete clumsy, although it does work.

Very happy with app and customer service. I was having difficulty getting my data to display in the app. Within a couple of hours customer service sorted out my problem and it's now working completely perfectly. Also, I love the meter, so easy to take the blood samples. Great design.

UPDATE: Sorry, but having to pay more than $70 to get the new meter isn't "free". Free is free, not forcing to pay the customer for a disposal fee, not forcing to stop using the "old" devise, not promising to include 70 of each of the strips and ending including 10 less of each. Plus, I never paid $1 per strip. - How comes that you decide to change the system and we are the ones that have to pay for the new one? Plus pay for a disposal fee of a reader that is working like new and perfectly fine?

I have had my keto mojo for over 12 months and I was very happy with it. However I have not been able to sync any information since the last update, or if it does sync it can take up to 12 mins to do so which I feel is far too slow.I am un- installing the app and will just work off machine. Very disappointed.

More expensive than most. Having issues attaining my readings today. I hate the wrapped strips. You can't open them without scissors and I occasionally damage one. You can't see through the packaging. I've also opened them and there wasn't a strip in it. Elderly beware if you have trouble with opening excessive packaging.
