Trash app! What's the point when 90% of the time it can't find the speaker until I unplug the speakers and plug them back in to do a hard shut down. What a pia for such expensive speakers! Yall have been in business for so long and can't figure out a stupid app!? Its definitely the app as when the all says speaker can't be found, tidal connect will find it immediately so wifi and eveything else is fine. It's this stupid app. Especially when you can't remember what color is what input!

App often says "no speaker connection" when trying to use with my LS60 speakers. Occasionally once I start playing the app errors out. Either issue usually requires that I force close the app and/or completely power cycle the speakers and app to get it to let me change the music playing or access setup/settings. This is beyond frustrating for speakers that cost $7000 to come with a poor app experience making the end user experience miserable.

The app's name is quite the ironic misnomer considering it has the hardest time actually connecting to KEF speakers. How is Spotify better at locating KEF speakers than KEF is? 1-2 times a week i have to uninstall and re-setup my LS60s to actually get full control of my speakers. $7K bricks. Thank God for return policies. Can't imagine i can keep these speakers with how dismal the functionality is. KEF, sweetie, youre clearly not cut out to be a tech company.

Great sounding speekers that would be even better if room correction is added. Biggest problem is that application requires Location turned on to work at all.

Typical poor quality software from Kef, the design might be good, but the implementation means I'll never know. I can only assume management doesn't understand the importance of a quality app. Very sad given the remarkably good hardware.

The app is not stable, the music can't play on the app. Please fix it !!!
