Bought one for myself, my husband, and my niece. My husband is 6'6 260lbs and it won't let him put above 230. My birthday is June 28 and it won't let me go above June 23. It unsyncs while the phone is next to the watch. It sends me a notification for every step I take. At least the time is accurate... For now. Not satisfied at all and I was planning on buying 4 more for Christmas presents on Fri. Will be returning these.

My son bought me this watch for Christmas and I was eager to get it up and going just for his sake. This app completely ruined to entire experience. It sucks. It crashes, it disconnects for no reason, it renders the smart features of the watch useless. The watch also tries to stay connected to an online data source which makes no sense. It makes me wonder why since it uses Bluetooth to communicate with the phone.

Failed to sync with phone (Galaxy S4 Android 4.4.2)... I had such high hopes... I'm not sure if it's the app or the watch but when I hit the retry button on the watch it crashes the app on my phone rendering the messaging app on the watch useless. .. I cant even send a preset message!! Will this be fixed!?!? Please respond Dev team? And I will change my rating if the issue is fixed.

The Watch's apps are a bit clunky. App (sleep quality) decided what time I should sleep. And it's right, but that's when I start my shift. The Dick Tracy Talking thing hasn't gotten old yet, and the pedometer is nice. Worth maybe the $25 dollars I put down for it on clearance. This is the only app I know that will work with the itech watch, though. At least the watch is right, once I set it, though I don't love the way that it has to be turned on to see the time. Eh. Live and learn.

I bought the iTech watch on clearance for only $10, and this support app for it is what I would expect, about as good as most. The watch had a MSRP of only $50, so I really don't know what people expect at this price point. If you want something better, spend more. Do you expect a Timex to be the same quality as a Rolex?

We're in that brave new world where you have to review the app before you purchase the hardware. The hardware isn't bad for the price of less than $50, but the sw limits the capability. Weight limits in personalization mentioned it other reviews, lack of granularity in setting notifications (blocking them on the watch still consumes phone battery life )... needs work.
