Screen of my phone was really cool and i tried many apps to fix it but none work except this, many thanks to developers. There are different settings and all works perfectly no issues at all. I wish i could give it more than 5 stars

Works nicely without any bug or error. Also, no ram usage which is neat! 5 stars. Wished it had more settings to fiddle with. But simple is nice too. Xperia xzs, oreo, magisk 20.4

Buggy and useless. It won't allow me to turn on location. It keeps saying I first need to "turn off the screen overlay". What does it even mean? There's no option to turn off screen overlay globally and turning off screen overlay for all other apps individually didn't help at all. BTW my device IS rooted and I did give this app root access. There should be an option to enter location manually.

Didn't work at all. All it says is "F.lux was not able to get root access" over and over again, so I've had to uninstall it multiple times to make it stop.

I have a rooted Nexus 5X running Android 8.1 Oreo. For a short while, this app seemed to work fine. However, after a few hours, I noticed that the app randomly causes the screen to lock up. Touches would be registered, but the display would freeze, forcing me to restart my phone. This has happened twice in two days.

It was working fine for a while but after a week or so it just happened to stop working. I went in the app and disabled it and then re enabled it but it applies the filter for a few seconds and just goes away again. I have tried every setting in the app but I couldn't fix it. I don't know if this is a problem on my end or it's just the app being silly.

About this app

f.lux removes the bright blue colors from your phone to help you wind down at night and returns your screen to normal the next day. This preview version is not a final release. It requires a rooted phone, and otherwise it will not do much. We appreciate your help with bug reports and feature questions.

Most rooted Lollipop and Marshmallow devices (5.x and 6.x) will work.
Some rooted Kitkat (4.x) devices will work, but many do not.

Known issues:
- Many Samsung Galaxy devices do not work
- Your screen will flash anytime an app is updated through Google Play

Also, if you want to uninstall, do one of these things:
- Disable f.lux before uninstalling
- Reboot after uninstalling

New features

v22:
Fixes a black screen bug.
Adds a time-picker for wake time.

v21:
Fixes tablet/phablet crashes.
Fixes Chrome flashing.
