The app isn't fully functioning. The videos are not working. How disheartening and I paid full price for it. I feel cheated because I am new to juicing and feel like I need more information and support since I opted for app instead of the book. The recipes are delicious and the pictures are great too. But please fix the app. Thank you.

As with all Jason Vale apps (bar 1, which was fixed the night before the last global challenge, so the will and tech is there) the videos dont load. The coaching video's on a plan of this length are vital. Im flagging this and all other JV apps to google, cos quite frankly they're ripping people off. It hasn't worked for a year. Some of yhe others over 3 yrs. And they're still selling them! Unacceptable.

App looks good, nice photos of juices, shopping list helpful. But what I wanted was the videos as I have the book. Like many other people here, the videos buffer endlessly - I haven't got a single one to work! Somewhere in the intro Jason says you need strong WiFi, like that is the issue - my WiFi is strong enough to stream Netflix's onto multiple devices, and yet these videos don't work when there are no other demands on my WiFi. The problem is the app. It's really important you fix this Jason!

I loved the ease of use, and beautiful clear photos and summary of what to juice step by step. Its awesome. Videos dont work, like every other review says. But actually, ya dont need them anyway!! You cant drink the videos! So, for $10 you get 28 days of 5 times a day juice recipes. Great value ! The recipes are all that matter and you simply click on the next juice, day by day. Loved it, clear simple, and got me motivated too. I like regular times 7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm. I did 7 days first up

Plan is great. Results are amazing and you feel great. Have used a few times but now as previous comment, the videos just buffer and buffer and buffer and never play. One of the main helps in this app are the videos and talks from Jason. They are a massive incentive and help. Had this problem last year and sent numerous emails and never had one reply. Get is fixed please ! And there is nothing wrong with my wifi, network, data plan and all operating systems are up to date and yes I have uninstalled and re-installed the app. Such a shame and you must have an IT team to fix it.

❌ Nothing works on the App - none of the videos work. You can down load the shopping list and email it to yourself - but all you get is a blank email. ❌ 🥴
