First of all I haven't seen any response from the developers of this app on all concerns raised on this platform. I don't know whether they don't value the app users' feedback or is just simple arrogance. My apology if you have communicated directly, IF! Now, the device that I have is unable to connect to this app through Samsung A50. In fact, this is the second device. Please provide solution.

(Please see tips below) Didn't sync at first. No reply from developer. Second device. Tips: TRY TURNING ON LOCATION WITH BLUETOOTH, GUYS. MINE WORKS AFTER THIS. my phone is Galaxy S10. Hubby said Android 6 and above has this problem. Good luck.

Totally useless, does not read data from watch when synchronizing, data disappears when synchronizing the next day

Disconnects if more than two meters from phone. Notifications work only sometimes. No sync with google fit

can NOT pair it with bitmore HR tracker. though BITMORE HR tracker is paired to my phone bluethooth, the App can not recogize it . plz fix it.
