I have had my watch for a long while and everything perfect (well apart from an unsync every now and again, nothing a reboot doesn't sort) I have had an update on my Samsung s7 edge and ever since I do not get notifications of my sms messages. Everything else comes through. I have rebooted reinstalled rechecked phone settings/permissioons and done factory reset but still the same. Guessing the app needs update

The watch is good for what it does. It's a limited watch but does those things very well. I have a Note 5 and have not lost a connection that I didn't cause by wandering away from my phone a good distance. Once back in range the watch reconnected effortlessly. The watch is beautiful, I just hope for more app support plus the ability to keep the watch on all of the time. Update- still have the watch and it works well with my Note 9.

It would be way better if I could actually sync it with Google fit. I'm getting 403 error every time I try to do that. You guys might want to update your code. Also being able to export data in CSV format (or anything else, actually) would be nice to have.

If Alcatel could help me know why I can't change the background on my watch, it keeps restarting the app as soon as I try to do I , and my phone is an Alcatel idol 4 ... Sooooo its the same maker! Help here if not it would be a 5 star
