It has a lot of good features but doesn't work consistently. The games don't work for me. The manual exercises work better but do not seem to be measured consistently. Also under user help i can't get the language to change from spanish. How about an update after 7 months?

Terrible app! Loses signal every 2 to 3 minutes. In app support is them telling you to go back out of the app to send an email, not even hyperlink/ clickable link! If customers satisfaction is the goal why is the last update December 2019?

So aside from the 2nd game/challenge not working for me at all (I think connectivity may have been an issue it would work then all of a sudden not work) I love the app!

The connectivity between the device and my phone is awful. Even with a fully charged battery and my phone right beside the antenna, this device hasn't worked properly yet. Very frustrating to have it cut out every time I try to use it. It can't give me honest feedback on my exercises. The connectivity is a mess. The idea and vision for this is amazing, but poorly executed. Fix the technical issues and this is life-changing stuff. Right now, it's nothing special. Also, the automated identical responses on everyone's reviews is ridiculous. Update: I received a replacement, which served to confirm that this device and app are not worth your money. I'm sad to say this, since I really wish it worked. Maybe I'll try again in the future when they have figured out better technology.

Why do you need precise location - or location at all, for that matter? Have to log in, have to have internet access -but won't run with GPS turned off??? Also phone identity... why? I can maybe understand pulling running apps, but this is looking very suspicious especially with the other permissions!

Not having connectivity prolems unless I get up. I think this is a truely unique product and they should embrace it more, by adding a lot more to the app. More games, more training, more feedback from training.
