Great, simple, reliable, execelent experience but please, please, pleaaaase devs make it so that you can add a custom excercise and be able to remove an excercise(or more) from the current workout plan. Many of us are currently working out from home and cable pull excercises are kind of hard to do at home unless you buy stuff to adapt your rutine(bands or equipment)...so yea...app is great, you nailed it but you get 4 stars for the lack of customization, please allow me to add my own excercises!
