The PH Human™ App supports patients through their journey with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH). If you or someone you know has been diagnosed with PAH, the PH Human TM App can help you learn more about the disease, track your symptoms, generate reports to monitor your health and share them with your healthcare professional or PAH Centre.
