RECOVERY IS A WEAPON. REIGN understands your body’s fatigue and recovery by measuring your Heart Rate Variability (HRV), as well as your Activity and Sleep patterns. These are crucial to keeping you in top form, getting you to your max, and helping you stay there. Now you can know how ready your body is to be active, and how far you can confidently push yourself.

Requires REIGN Advanced Active Recovery Band.

GO-ZONE
- By placing your finger on the band when you wake up each morning Reign will read your body and give you a Go-Score for the day.
- Your Go-Score is based on your heart rate variability. If you’re fatigued Reign sees one pattern and if your body is recovered it sees another.
- The Go-Zone screen shows your Go-Score, commentary on how to approach your day and an updated Daily Activity Goal customized just for you based on how ready your body is to be active that day.

ACTIVITY & SPORT
- Reign automatically recognizes and displays the activities and sports you do – walk, run, bike, swim, general activities, sport, sleep, and inactivity.
- Get an overall snapshot of how you’re spending your day and find out what it will take to hit your goal for the day.
- View your Activity Points, calories and duration for each activity and see when you have been most active.
- Get a detailed view of your day, including a total active time vs inactive time.

TONIGHT'S SLEEP
- Reign automatically recognizes when you sleep. No need for pushing buttons to mark beginning and end of sleep.
- View your time-slept, bedtime and wake time.
- See when you move at night on the sleep timeline which represents how restless your sleep was.
- The sleep screen dial shows your ideal sleep-time, recent average, and recommended sleep-time for tonight.
