Very cheap to buy. Can be worn all day and night but not in the shower or swimming. Easy to use. Measures steps taken and you can set a goal for each day. Tells you when you have reached your goal. Suggest more gold. Tells you if your sleep is not enough and suggests earlier bedtimes. Encourages you if you reach nearer to any of your goals. I like to use it to see if my sleep is deep or not. I don't know why I wake up at night so I am trying to use it to measure how deep my sleep is and when I go to bed etc. Very helpful. Also connects to MyFitness Pal and other apps.

I have always loved this app, it's easy to use and has lots of features, like setting goals, tracking your sleep, noticing when you work out, the "coach". However lately it keeps "un pairing with my device"; I never this problem before. I got a new one it still does it. My son just got one and his does it too. One good thing is it continues to track even when not paired but I would like it to remain connected.

Paid a fraction of the cost of a fit bit,and it seems to accurately log my steps. I ride a recumbent bike,so I clip the UP move to the bottom of my pant leg,or if I'm wearing shorts I do the same, and it works well. You can't go wrong with this. The only downside, which really isn't a big deal,is that it doesn't have a step counter on the face of the unit, like a fit bit,but it does show the range of where you are when you press on it. You just have to open the app on your phone to see your progress, which is no big deal.

I got an UP move about 2 Years ago, device works great, but after about a year and a half it stops being paired with the app, and won't sync data. Have to repair everytime I want to sync data, and then it takes forever to load. Tried rebooting phone and device. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, no help. Contacted Jawbone and of course no response. Don't waste your money

We have a couple of the UP Move models. Terrific value; I wasn't ready to dump $100 on a something we might nor use. As it turns out it is not only very useful but generally completely sufficient to get the job done. Not much incentive to upgrade to a more stylish band with more features. I really like the sleep tracking. The only down side has been syncing. One has never been a problem; it is paired with a LG G3. The other lost sync and had to be re-paired almost nightly with my Nexus 5X and Android 8. I switched it to an older Nexus 5 running Android 7 and it seems to be stable there. So maybe this is more an issue with the app than the tracker.

I've used UP Move for 3 years and even though I had to force updates frequently I was happy with it. About 4 months ago it stopped working after a program update. I tried all the tricks and helps but nothing worked so I set it aside. Last week after a major Samsung update, I tried to connect it again and it worked. So far it is syncing daily as long as I remember to turn on location at least twice a day. It's nice to have it back.
