About this app

This app will help guide Reiki attuned students through self-treatment sequences they can use to get started on a daily Reiki practice or enhance an existing practice. The sequence(s) uses traditional hand positions as taught under the Usui System of Natural Healing also known as Usui Shiki Ryoho.
Also includes information about the chakras, auras and their color meaning.
One of the greatest Reiki healing health benefits is stress reduction and relaxation, which triggers the bodies natural healing abilities, and improves and maintains health. Reiki healing is a natural therapy that gently balances life energies and brings health and well being to the recipient.
It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

This application is based upon the concepts of reiki and karuna reiki symbols using the power of visualization.
