This app has constant issues with loading heart rate data...the timeout message can show up three or four times before it finally loads. I also wonder how accurate it is, because it often shows huge jumps in my heart rate, and I can't think of any reason why that would be the case. Also, every few weeks the app goes spastic and won't load past 15% for days at a time, so you can't check your sleep patterns or anything. No updates seem to address these issues.

This app used to work fine but recently I was getting alerts saying the app is draining the battery and I have to force it to stop. Also my phone was getting extremely hot. I see an update was made in July which is when my problems started. have uninstalled and tried to reinstall but my phone is getting too hot again in a matter of minutes. I have now uninstalled. I guess I will have to just wait until the developers release another update to hopefully fix whatever they changed.

I had sporadic problems with connections, but I was usually able to figure it out. Since the most recent update, it sucks my battery and heats up my phone. I noticed many others have had this same problem. Please Fix It!!

Terrible and useless. The watch can only be connected through the app and the app doesn't work. It's basic at best and the Bluetooth function is useless as it can't find or connect to the watch itself. You can't do anything with the watch unless it's done through the phone app which as I said u can't connect too. Will be claiming my money back for sure! Absolutely terrible customer service too!

Frequently "loses" the wristband and / or crashes. When it's working, it's fine, but it spends more time with the screen frozen than active. It's not very intuitive, and I've ended up going in circles trying to get it to display what I want.

I think this is a really good app, because it helps with training and kinda keeps you motivated. To be honest I did not think my watch will connect, but I did not give up and got it connected. You dont need the app for step counting but you can synch it and it will calculate it and its wonderful!
