Clinic Manager or Receptionist books an appointment on the offline app using android phone or tablet with a SIM card.
App sends booking confirmation message to Doctor as well as Patient instantly. (Can be turned off in settings if not required.)
App also sends a reminder SMS to the doctor as well as the patient on a scheduled time before the appointment.(Can be turned off in settings if not required.)
You can create multiple doctors in the app.
You can book appointments for all the doctors in the clinic using the same app.
Patients do not need to install or download anything.
If you have an online account with MyMedicalRecordsWeb.com website, you can book appointments online on your MyMedicalRecordsWeb account and then sync your app with the online account.

Full Day Appointment Summary with timings available in daily sms. practice manager can message all the doctors in the morning to inform them about their schedule.
