Tonight I went to sync as I crawled into bed to get every last step counted, I synced at 12:02 a.m. so it put all my Saturday data on my Sunday data. Wish there was a way to manually set that up before syncing, or a way to actually fix the date. Also wish the app would have a page that allows you to see your week at a glance. Showing you each day of the week or month, or all. So that you could see what you did at a quick glance. This device attempts to be user friendly but is actually just too simple.

I have both the fit band and the Itek. Each have their pros and cons. Fit Band, has a few perks that Itek doesn't. Fit Bank has Heart Rate, Blood pressure & does nearly everything Itek does, it is however double the price + it's partner app isn't as good, You also needs an active internet connection to Sync it, finally don't forget how fast the battery dies or don't immerse in water. The Itek is Cheaper, it has a great partner app that has a simple easy to use interface. I like Itek....

funny thought itek device doesn't actually do anything. all functions are in the phone. when phone is off an all day activity gets recorded in 5 seconds according to the app. . other phone apps are more effective then this trinket but they all just want to kill the phone battery, constantly gotta plug in because of the bluetooth. its all junk, gotta go with the portable AC outlet.

Device manual clearly states "itek must be paired through the itek app, not though settings icon on your phone". I hope this helps users who are having pairing issues.

I received my fitness tracker as a gift and per the instructions I downloaded this app... initially it synced up fine with the device and all my data was accounted for...I could go over a week before syncing and all the data would be pulled from the device in a few moments...Then gradually days would be skipped or the total steps on the device would not transfer over to the app...Lately I find I have to constantly sync throughout the day or I will not be able to recover my steps the next day...

Data seems to sync more often than before. Somedays it wotks but other days it doesnt. I emailed the developer requesting how to find the data file on my phone after it syncs but no reply. The sleep data synced only 1 time out of 10 days of use. Nothing since. My activity stats sync almost daily but 2 out of 10 times the data just wouldnt sync. If someone finds the data file on their phone please reply.
