Easy Healthcare 101 app is a supporting application for the services provided by Easy Healthcare 101.

Easy Healthcare 101 is a subscription based concierge healthcare service for Kathmandu, Nepal; under which the individuals who are enrolled will be provided services related to hospital/doctor appointment, hospital pick-up and drop, management of medical reports/transcripts online, delivery of medicine/refill and other health related services.

Easy Healthcare 101 (www.easyhealthcare101.com) was conceptualized with a vision of providing logistic support in a way to provide concierge health service to patients who are in a need to visit hospital/doctor regularly. With the combination of online and offline tools, we've created a concierge service that helps patients to receive the medical attention with ease, operating from a physical location based in Durbar Marg -1 Kathmandu with a work force of 22 professionals from Software-Technical Development Team to Support Staffs.

On the online front, we have a website (www.easyhealthcare101.com) and easy healthcare 101 app on iOS and android, where customers can register themselves and then subscribe their family member and friends to the easy healthcare 101 service. Subscription can be done through NABIL Electronic Payment Gateway, Pay Pal or Bank Transfer. Subscribed patients can search for the hospital and doctor of their choice through the online portal and request for appointment. Appointment details and reports related to the completed appointments can be accessed from the customer dashboard.

Once an appointment is received, we contact the hospital/doctor and confirm the appointment on the intended date, else we reschedule the appointment on the date provided by the hospital with the consent of the patient through trilateral communication. On the day of appointment, we provide a concierge pick up and drop service from the patients' home to the hospital and back. An attendee is assigned to the patient, who takes care of the hospital work for the patient.
