I have successfully used this app with a Galaxy S-iii, an S-7 and a J-7 for several years with a Craig Pedometer Watch (CC427): of course, compared with the Samsung Fitness app that came with the last two phones, this app looked pretty lame. I agree that the manual is pretty weak in precisely explaining which buttons are to used for the synchronization, but once you figure it out for yourself, you will have joy in the knowledge that you will have forgotten it all when you have to do it again in a couple of weeks. The important thing is to remember that every detail counts. For example, if you were to enter your birth date when it asks for "Date of Brith" (which occurs 8 days later for a Jewish male), then not only will all the derived data be bogus, but probably your devise will never sync at all. [If you are not a Jewish male, I would suggest trying to return the devise, or to gift it to someone who is...] I took a star off because my watch will not display the date. Ordinarily I would consider it a hardware issue, but obviously the app stores the date along with the rest of the data, so it should be displayable on the watch as well.

Doesnt sync to device. Not bluetooth compatible!!!

The tracker keeps turning off my bluetooth. I have an S7. I do not understand why it has to control the bluetooth settings. I also have tried to synchronize the last 3 days and it will not sync any data.

Tried the CC431 Model on both an HTC and Google phone. couldn't find the device on either. Just wanted to track my steps and sync it to my phone. Tried to look up troubleshooting, but i guess the model is outdated.... but still selling in stores.... useless.

App wont sync to my device. Phone detects device how ever wont pair to my phone device does NOT detect phone. If i could rate a negative star i would. Unhappy customer 😞
