The iOS version allows you to put the child's birthday in to calculate age while this version only gives you the option to go no lower than 20. This tracker was bought for my 9year old so obviously that's an issue. The weight keeps changing even though I've set it to the correct weight. And the hours under sleep are displayed in French. This app needs some serious updating for Android.

The device works fine most of the tine..but I don't think it is tracking my
steps correctly. I set the stride according to the instructions, but it
almost doubles the steps In some instances. One day it said I had walked
over 37,000 steps...and there was no way I walked that much

The app is not findable on the latest iPad version. Downloaded it on my android phone for my 9 year old. Wouldn't let me choose any age less than 20. Same goes for certain weight and height. Not user friendly app. Also, deceiving that it's designed for a kid, yet the app is not designed for a child. The biggest problem for my 9 year old is the band on the smallest loop is too big.. so heart rate doesn't track like it should. We have the risk of it sliding off her arm.

Idk why people are saying it doesn't work... I have my phone and watch to my dad and it took him only a couple of minutes to set it up. Just have one of your parents doing and it works very well☺🐂

Terrible, cannot pair with my tracker. It just keeps saying connecting and
never pairs up. If your gonna have an app that is supposed to work and
least make sure it works the way it's supposed to. Waste of time.
