If you forget your password or username you are in for a painful experience. This app makes you scroll through a calendar so if you are over 30 it takes you forever to input your birthday. Very user unfriendly.

Completely useless app! Its a shame that us customers pay all that money every month to Independent Health for coverage and the BASIC Android app to access my account doesnt even function.

This app is useless. At one point I clicked an option and it loaded their webpage to login and see it on my account there. Why use the app at all?
