Aside from the glitches & weeks it was not functioning, Would you please set it up to NOT log out & stop asking me to allow fingerprint login, EVERY SINGLE USE!!!!!???? This is an app on a private phone. No need to have me enter an ID & password every time I have to answer the one daily question. And I DON'T want to log in with my fingerprint, no matter how many times your app forces me to deny it access!

Not enough options. I've used this app through the C19 vaccine trials. I believe it would be more informative to have asked not only, " Have you had any symptoms you believe could be related to covid-19?" I think it should have also asked, " Have you had any symptoms you believe could be related to the vaccine?" They are two very different questions in my opinion.

Most of the time it works fine, but it often gets errors that pop up for less than a second, then diapear and I have to shut it down and start over. I often have no idea what went wrong because the error goes away before I can read it.

Why would you release an app that you cannot exit the same way as all the other apps!? I had to go to Screen Management and kill the screen, but that doesn't mean the app has stopped consuming resources.

Slow, cluncky, could be more user friendly and provide more info. It wasn't working for a few days so I had to reset. It does the job though.
