this is the first time I installed this app and when I enter my mobile number to login then it says 'No account exists with this number do you want to register now?' and when I click on YES to get register then it prompt ' this mobile number is already registered with us'.

The app empowers patients to control their own health, connects blood donors and recipients, connects patients with doctors/labs/hospitals/pharmacies for booking appointments, ordering lab tests, accessing test results, ordering medications/refills, and seek e-consultations from anywhere and anytime. Also, it helps doctors to provide better care by readily accessing the patient’s health profile, including vitals, medications, and test reports.

Features: The app enables patients to record and track their health problems, vitals, medications, etc., and share their records with the doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment. iHealth-Assistant also helps patients to store their medical records, lab reports, prescription orders, etc., so they can easily share with any doctor.
