This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing IPF Points on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

About this app

Introducing the new IPF Points calculator app. The IPF Points app allows you to compare your powerlifting total against all bodyweights, genders and types of competition. The newly created IPF points system is a replacement of the Wilks formula for the International Powerlifting Federation.

The IPF Points app includes calculations for both the IPF Points and Wilks formulas for easy comparison. Our design makes it very easy to toggle between genders, metric vs imperial, raw vs equipped, and competition type (e.g. 3-lift powerlifting vs bench-press only).

With two simple inputs of bodyweight and total, you can have IPF Points and Wilks score calculated in seconds. Use our app on game day to predict competition rankings and help determine attempt selection without the need to use complicated formulas or coefficients. Hit new squat, bench press and deadlift personal bests, obtain higher competition rankings and have real-time powerlifting scores with the new IPF Points app.
