Pretty sweet app by Iovate Health. This is a good app to use when trying to get or maintain a healthy lifestyle and diet. You can get reminders when to take certain supplements and meals. It will show a selection of exercises to try out and food to eat. You can track all of the food and exercises on here. It will also motivate you because you can get achievements and streaks that will show. I would recommend to anyone. Makes it a lot easier to live healthy.

The app is very straightforward. Log in of meals, water, and excercise are laid out well. In regards to notifications to drink water for example, I would like for the app to make a sound and have a notification sound selection option. I also realized that not all the Hydroxycut products are available to be selected, for example, Hydroxycut Titanium. Overall the app is very good.

Wow I'm blown away by how much instruction thus app actually gives the user. Cutting edge nutritional guidance. I'm currently using thus app along with two of the hydroxycut products to trim up and get in awesome shape. Excellent app

I like that this app can offer some good meal ideas along with some workouts to do as well. It does take a little getting used to but its real simple once you get going.

This Hydroxycut app is a great addition to your weight loss journey and I highly recommend it! I love how easy it is to use and the meal plans given are pretty good! It even has body weight exercises to supplement your goals!
