This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MyOutcomes Mobile on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

Every day, all over the world, providers of behavioral health and life-coaching services use MyOutcomes to help track their clients' progress and reach their goals.

MyOutcomes Mobile is a logical evolution in this process, allowing psychotherapy providers and clients to log in and register responses to track progress on a mobile devices.

MyOutcomes Mobile is suitable for use in individual, couples, family and group therapy.

The ORS/SRS surveys are available in 7 languages - including English, French, Spanish, Norwegian, Swedish, German, Danish and Dutch.


What's New in Version 2.0

Provider Access:
Introducing Provider Access with a simplified version of the MyOutcomes Provider Home page.

From the new MyOutcomes(R) Mobile Provider Home page you will be able to see your cases at a a glance, administer the ORS/SRS, as well as see the current red, yellow, or green client status.

If you want to create new clients, deactivate clients, or access any of the other functions that you regularly use, there will be a link directly to the MyOutcomes’ web-based application.


Offline Administration:
Many of our users will be happy to hear that we now have offline administration available through MyOutcomes(R) Mobile.

When offline administration is enabled (automatically) clients will be able to enter their Outcomes and Session Rating feedback and see the raw sub scale and total scores for immediate integration into the session.

As soon as they are reconnected to the internet, the predicted scores will be returned so they can see their client status report graph, and it will update on the provider home page.

New features

Now you can access Forgot Password and User ID from the MyOutcomes Mobile login page.
The Skip Function has been added. You can choose to Skip ORS, Skip Both ORS and SRS, or Delete Last Session. The Lock ORS/SRS function only applies to the ‘Update Past Session” area of the site. It prevents providers from updating or skipping past sessions. It does not lock delete past session or login information.
Supports English, Spanish, French, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Chinese, and Italian languages.

Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
