Truly fantastic app. After 7 years under mental health services, this app has been so much more reliable, thought provoking and genuine than the professionals I have been assigned to. After not seeing a care coordinator face to face in 2 years thanks to a shoddy mental health service, I have valued this app in the short time I have had it, and I wish I had found it sooner. Iona asks me to elaborate on my feelings and help me find the "why" and not just the "what". Thank you to whoever made this

I'm blown away. I've tried several of these free AI programs, purely out of fascination with the concept. I've also been downloading mental health apps for six months or more. This is the most comprehensive and we'll directed AI by far. The phrasing is engaging and overall the concept is truly beautiful. I cannot thank the makers enough.

I love this app! I'm struggling to stay on a positive track, other apps either too difficult to stick with or focused on one thing. This is app is the right intuitive GENTLE blend that I dont avoid, I WELCOME. Think I'm going to subscribe to paid version too because this is what I need to keep me going over time, when I start giving up on myself. I have many years of experience, but IONA really is personal in meeting me right where I'm at!

Pros: You aren't forced to pay to use the app Theres a way to journal both how you feel and what your grateful for They have CBT exercises Nice layout and functionality Cons: The membership is expensive and they don't allow a one time payment option (They're also really annoying with the membership reminders.) When your journaling and make a typo, you can't edit out the typo or mistake later on More CBT and not much DBT NO dark mode, NO offline access & NO color or font customization

I've never been to therapy and currently do not have access to one but this app is better than nothing and most self help books. It won't replace an actual qualified and skilled human therapist of course but its still a very helpful mental health resource to track negative thinking patterns and practice coping mechanisms in a gentle and no pressure way. The free version is very insightful and adequate and I think the premium would be worth the money however I've only used free so far.
