I love intelycare but you need to update with accurate miles!!!! ... what says is 29miles away from me is actually 45 miles when navigated on gps.. huge diffrence from what's supposed to be a 30 minute drive according to intelycare miles that is listed to actual OVER 40 MILES... which is a 1hr commute according to PROPER GPS

I am working with intelycare for approximately 2 years..And never had a probably with the app neither the agency if I have a problem I would call and someone always they to reach out to me , they paid rate update . Comparing to other agency I will give intelycare a 5 start..

app crashes with updates, keeps asking for a pin, and says it is out of date, but have auto update on!

Won't update... won't log in. Just keeps telling me to update to new version. I reinstalled and still telling me I don't have updated version. Smh

It keeps saying that it needs to be updated but it won't even open come on y'all get it together I've never had problems uploading until today
