InShape as a gym has been great, but the app is terrible. During any kind of peak time, it won't load on data signal so I can make a reservation. If I forget to make one at home before I leave, I can't use the app in the parking lot to do it. At least logging in to the site from a browser still works for that purpose, but I have to login every time I want to. The app is just clunky and useless for me.

Was okay but slow on my 3 year old phone. Now on my new phone (moto g) app crashes when I try to open it unless I restart my phone.

The whole place is great, but most people tend to overextend their desired time in a pool, and take others time reservations.

Kids club hours are horrible, mens locker room are still dirty as before covid, staff are rude, and they make it difficult to cancel your membership. Will be going somewhere else.

I've checked into the gym more than once, but it's only showing 1 check in and no history of previous check ins on the app.
