I'm so glad it's open again, it's an amazing gym, the are very helpful and friendly. I can't fault Surbiton ymca at all

My main gripe is that I can't cancel a booking once I've paid!! The only time I see a red cancel button is when I have joined a waiting list for a class or swim session, and obviously haven't been charged. I understand that payments are non-refundable, but it would be nice for someone else if they could take my place instead. Please fix this!! Otherwise, the app is relatively easy to use.
