For Letchworth outdoor pool, you have to click North Herts Leisure centre, then it's an option to book from there.

Booking system is really annoying - you have to scroll through 2 weeks of classes, when you book one and click return it sends you back to the top of the page, you can't book multiple at once, and then sometimes it skips an entire week when scrolling or completely crashes. It was much better when you could select a day you wanted to book for rather than the endless scrolling, which causes the app to crash. I also had to uninstall and reinstall as the app never loaded past the start up screen.

Great App......I have no issues with this App, not like the ones that have been mentioned. Already a member of the club when signed up to this App. As soon as the Covid came about. Much easier to book a wim session via the App than previously when one had to search to see when pool was open. Bit selfish of me but great that clubs sessions have been reduced, makes for a more pleasurable swim.

When SLL reopened unlike a few people here I managed to register just fine and have been using it to book gym sessions ever since. Overnight 3/9/20 there appears to be an extra button for booking junior gym but it now shows only junior gym sessions whichever button you choose. So now not much use to me. Shame.

Generally good and easy to use. Would be better if, after making a booking from the list of classes available, it took you back to where you were in the list, not back to the beginning. If you scroll down too fast it decides there are no classes at all! Latest update will not download.
