waiting list needs improving. When someone cancels their space, then the 1st person on the waiting list should be automatically moved up, then emailed to let them know they've got a space. The current system is unfair, that whoever reads their email 1st, and calls in first, gets the space. this is unfair for the members and creates more work for reception staff. Also, I have a class booked and the button on the app to cancel seems to have disappeared. So I can't cancel it!
