This app's functions are basic so you would think it would be easy to make the user experience intuitive. It's quite the opposite! The booking system often shows multiple-person ticket classes being available when there is only one space left in a swimming session, for instance. Worst app of its kind I've used. On the positive side, the staff at Clapham Leisure Centre are helpful and friendly - they need to be as they constantly are required to troubleshoot the app for customers!

This app has got to be the most appalling app I have ever used. The booking part works fine, you go to log in after making all the selections and then you have the dreaded wheel of death. I have tried continuosly to book stuff and sometimes waited over 40 minutes and still nothing has happened. I have resorted to just turning up at the venue and hoping to get in. I'm going to be uninstalling and recommending that NOBODY downloads it as it is not worth the hassle.

Blimey I can see why it's got terrible reviews! Signing up was a chore, entering my birthday required going through every month I've lived all the way to 1990 resulting in 366 clicks to find my dob! Imagine if I was 70! Not the sort of exercise I had in mind when downloading this app. Maybe I was missing something? And I can't even book my swimming session, & locations aren't in alphabetical order (why!!!!!). Doesn't function, joke considering the cost of membership!!! Criminal.

Awful! Only managed to book something once and really struggling since! Constantly logging in again only to find 'no events' on any day i select even if i tick the 'show fully booked sessions' too. Just empty!! ! Have uninstalled and reinstalled a bunch of times to see if that works. So poor!!! If there's no other way to book i suggest you get this sorted or your gyms will be as empty as your app!

This app is painful to use. Making an acount and having to scroll back 35 years to enter age. Now trying to book a session after having to scroll through every sports centre in the uk it now tells me a cant as the activity is age restricted. I hope so I'm booking a toddler session for my child.! No wonder there is an obesity epidemic if this is how people have to book. Literally lost the will to live let alone exercise.

This is genuinely the worst app I have ever used from a UX/UI perspective. No clarity or direction, too much tapping and redirection to achieve your objective, the registration process is so appalling abysmal I had to go to a centre in person so they could do it for me and even then, finding how to book was purely trial and error - and I studied Computer Programming at University! I'm telling you now, you will be losing members because of this. Take your name and apply it - be BETTER!
