Overall, the idea behind this app is great but it needs to be better. 1. There needs to better feedback when checking in and out; perhaps some vibration on the users device or confirmation screen. I have been charged twice despite checking out on the app. 2. Show me the duration of my session. I need to see check in time, check out time and overall duration 3. Show me weekly/monthly stats 4. I cannot pause my plan because "the feature has been disabled"? Cmon

Having used this app for 2 years I was unable to use it after the upgrade on 17July 2019. Even after reinstalling it kept jumping to update profile. however it seems to work on a new phone... so the problem seems to be linking data from the new interface to an old user. it crashes each time I try. and I have tried over 7 times. Hence the 1 star .... now it works . had to delete the app data on my phone and clear the cache... so upgraded to 4 stars ... still can only use the app not the Mobile

its a very great development in the world of fitness. this is a an advanment of tech in fitness. kudos to fitness central. you can use the app to register from the coner of your room, sign up for the plan you want, pause your plan and cancle your membership. functions, you can buy water from the app, check in and track your check-ins, also reserve a class through it. ditness is fun and tech.

Dont put your bank card details into the app because when you need to remove it from the app it is very difficult. Also, once you put your bank card there and your account isn't funded instead of your account to be charged one time you are charged multiple of times even after you've cancelled your subscription
