When they send an email with the 6 digit verification code and you enter it, there is no way to move forward. No button, no nothing. You are stuck. Unable to enter the app.

Can't get passed the security verification. I enter the code but there is no button to select ok or move on. I try the website and get sent in a loop back to blue cross then they send me to ingenio

They've updated the app so now it tell you why you can't register. It's just a loop where IngenioRx says I have to use the Anthem site, but anthem tells me to use IngenioRx. And when I call IngenioRx they always tell me to use the app. Long story short, I guess you can't use the app if you're on Anthem, but it's not clear why...

Horrible company, absolutely horrible. I chose to have meds delivered because I'm far out of town with no car. This is worse. Usually I could find a ride within a week or two, but now I've been waiting 3 weeks for 2 meds to be mailed. They try to pass the blame but my Doc has told them 4 times, that yes, we prescribed this. Too bad I can't put zero stars. This company has no clue as to what is going on. Horrible company that constantly passes the buck.

This app is a JOKE! Every piece of info I put in Which is my info and it's CORRECT it says one thing o another is wrong. I checked everything to make sure it's RIGHT and it still says it WRONG!!

Unable to locate #, tried ins card # didn't work. I called and spoke to a rep who had me download another app, still unable to work with this app. Horrible experience
