This app is worthless. It doesn't have a full list of communities including the one I need. It REQUIRES a social security number. You can not input a date of birth because the input method is malfunctioning. Additionally, this company puts you on endless hold and can not be reached by phone often or consistently. When someone answers, they don't have any useful information besides directing you to the equally crappy website.

If I could give zero starts I would. Like many of the ratings on here I do
not understand why it needs my SSN. It's a laundry card not a credit card.
Also I'd like to know what RewardTrax has to do with CSC Service works. I
emailed the company asking why they need my SSN and telling them that I
could not find the apartment building I live in and I have yet to receive a
resonance.

It wants your Social Security Number to set up a laundry card account?! Google, please kick this app off the store. This cannot be a legitimate application. Security fraud.
