Nic app for ladies.

Doesn't give any instructions for beginners to achieve the poses. On exiting the app there's a 30 sec ad for something... don't know what because it caused my phone to freeze, needing to restart. Find another app that teaches yoga breathing and the benefits from the poses is my advice and steer well clear of this.

Only 5 poses, no breathing instructions or whatsoever. You can just search them over the net and save it on your phone -_-
