The issues I am having is the Bluetooth connectivity. Even after restarting my phone, Bluetooth turn off and on, it connects when it feels like it. Once it dies and you go to charge it, there is no display until fully charged. Wear is uncomfortable as the head seeps into your wrist even when loosened. I like the band when it works properly (for days in fact) but it's making it difficult to continue doing so with its issues.

The app keeps crashing and not synching correctly with my band. Then when I try to do a new password (because I keep having to uninstall the app and reinstall it and it won't let me use the password I actually want, won't let you actually put ? ! Etc in your passwords, will say it's incorrect) i put in my email for them to send me an email and it says please enter your email. I am getting fed up with this app. Time for a new fitness band....

The app stopped recognizing me as a user, wouldn't allow me to re-register OR locate my user info, stopped recognizing my 2 fitness trackers. This app is FUBAR. I bought a NEWER model tracker thinking it was an obsolete model & it still doesn't work. It is a programming issur--get your code straight. Ny whole family is in IT...your coders/testers/qv people are dropping the ball.
