Using BlueStacks

just another app by the state of Missouri all for the purpose of monitoring. I wouldn't download any app that the state of Missouri associated with especially if you receive services from the state. unless you want to be secretly monitored by any Missouri associated apps with its assistance programs do not do it!

Can't even get into the app to use it. I keep clicking on "Register" and nothing happens.
