Using BlueStacks

Account issues seem to be resolved. However, after months, the Bluetooth is STILL not working. Will say Connected and then immediately 'Connection Timed Out'. Using a Galaxy Note 9. Emailed over 3 times now, and still no response from "support", even after being asked to do so by whomever is responding to ratings. I give up.

The Android version of this app still can't seem to remember my personal details. This is made even more frustrating when most of those details are in mandatory fields. You have to enter them all before you find the app turns them into meaningless symbols. How hard can this be? 😕 As suggested, re-entered personal data and saved. logged out and closed app. Restarted app and logged in. Personal data were encrypted again.

I had issues with BT connection with my S9+ from the other update. I uninstall and reinstall and everything else. very upset no bt function as it was the reason i bought this monitor. I received the latest update but same results. Contact Thermor team and uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted my S9+ each time. Now the devices connect. Saw the data update. I changed the rating to 5 star. they listened and worked hard to get their product to work for all. highest level of CS!

Working great with today's April 8, 2019 update. Data sync'd as well as patient info and both emailed successfully.

update just crashes rendering app useless. App no longer crashes however I can no longer email results and all personal data is gobbled. Still not functioning like the older version.

The BP Toolbox APP is free and enables users to send secure data from patient to physician for interpretation and diagnosis and allows you to connect your BIOS bluetooth devices to the app.

The 2015 CHEP Protocol is embedded in the APP for simple and reliable adherence to the protocol.Users can set reminders to take measurements at the proper times.

Patients and doctors can view specific time periods: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year of data, in table or graph form.

The APP explains monitoring procedures, and saves all information in the secure BP Toolbox cloud.
