The App crashes very often when you try to sync data. And then itnever opens. So we havto uninstall and reinstall the app to run it again. In that you lose all your previous records and data. Please update it soon and solve the crashing issue. Is there anybody listening to us. Portronics has very bad customer service.

App has many issues to resolve.. I am writing this review so that the admin / development team can work on these issues.. Few days back app used to start normally but when I try to check my activities of previous day.. App force close... Now I this app does not even start.. I as soon as I start, it force stops.. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the problem still continues.. Upgrade the app with some new features to survive.. Please fix immediately

Everytime I try to sync the device with the app it says the app has stopped working. What is on supposed to do ..share feedback which has been done umpteen times.
