App sucks not enough setings, but board is great, they dont even show you all of the things the board can do in the manual a lot of it you just have to Tinker with your board probably isn't broken it's just its program different from the red button and the controller.

brand new board...app refuses to connect. phone sees the board but will not pair. App cannot find the board at all.

It scrambled my board n I'm unable to start it. but these guys....i MEAN THESE GUYS especially Olivia in sales bent ova backwards to get me software n videos going step by step showing me how to get riding again . after sales service is above and beyond the call.......
