I downloaded this app to control my e ring doorbell. The app was working great at first, I could monitor my front door on my smart phone from anywhere and I also had a monthly subscription on the cloud on a trial basis and it was still good until I decided to use an SD card to record all activities, either the camera or the app does not record with the SD card inserted into the SD slot. I have followed all instructions.... 32gig, FAt32 format. Help somebody....

I LOVE this app. I use it everyday along with the scale. I've lost 30 pounds and counting. It keeps me motivated and accountable. It's a great tool to use to know where you're at biometricly. I can watch my health changing for the better everyday! Love this app!!!!!

I need to get the camera back online but I can't find where I can update the password without reseting the camera. I have gone through the entire app, settings is useless. It knows its offline and diagnosis doesn't give us any feedback. I had this installed and can't find how to remove it from the wall to reset it without breaking it. Very frustrating for something that should be a very simple fix.

I got the app for my e ring doorbell. I must say that it works as others have said. But that maybe because my router is quite a distance from the front door. I ordered a wide fi extender to boost the signal📶, hopefully this will help in the reception area. We will see. That's why I gave 4 & not 5 🌟. Update 3/8/20 Now 5 ⭐ Got the Wi-Fi extender today and I put it as close to the doorbell as I could. I also switch my phone from 2g to 5g and this seems to do the trick. I now get about 96% 😉

The app works great but the only issue I have is that the 6hr setting doesn't seem to work. When I tap on the 6hr button it doesn't switch to that setting; the 1hr, 3hr, and always on works but not the 6hr. That's my only issue, everything else works great so I still give it 5 stars!

video streaming not working well. be patient to see real time streaming about a couple of minutes and frequently it stops networks error. More worse, two way speaking not working at all. very stressful. Recommend you NOT to buy this....
