The watch keeps getting disconnected from the phone. One has to keep opening the application on the phone to reconnect. Also, once the watch is connected, the phone stops ringing on incoming calls. Update on 22nd July 2020 Been using the app for 6 months now. Its suddenly stopped synchronising with my watch. Can anyone help? I have re installed the app but that hasn't helped. Update: This app suddenly stopped working today. Can anyone help?

Terrible! Why doesnt it bind with LS02 smartwatch??? It says no device is identified! All the haylou apps does the same exxept the main haylou app (orange one). Please solve the issue

Bad apps + good watch = waste your money. Please update this apps or the firmware. After binding, n close the app. Cannot open again. Must clear data or unistal and binding again.

Can't even reset my clock because of daylight savings... Furthermore, stopped syncing my sports records at the end of last year... Awful product...

It is a very good app but when i changed my phone to samsung S6 edge+ the agree and disagree button of the privacy policy didnt work. It didnt let me proceed. I reinstalled and restarted my phone but that didnt work either. Pls fix this.

Once it is unpaired with your phone no one in the world can connect. In FAQs there is no solution. Trying to rebind 3 days, but failed.☹😔

Haylou Sports is a comprehensive healthcare APP. The APP, binding with smart watch, is able to record steps, heartrate, sleeping data and other data of your daily workouts. When Haylou Sports links to wearable device, you can use the APP to:
