Randomly loses and recovers user data. Recorded information has limited use and fails to export when tasked to do so. The program functions as though it is a beta draft and is woefully lacking useful functionality.

Hi, It is working well with my Nonin 9560!! Can I ask for a couple of developments? Would it be possible to either make a screen in the app that shows the SpO2 and Pulse to fill the screen. Or the widget to be bigger or adjustable? Could it also maybe connect automatically? Great product, happy with the purchase but would really like those features which would make it useable in the field.for me.
