Just used for the first time. Basically it's what I was looking for, a simple, uncomplicated pain tracker. Just a few things I'd change to improve it. I wish there were more body part options for pain and/or that you could hit multiple ones at once. Also, you need to be able to go back and edit information. I forgot to mark something and there's no way to go back and fix it. Lastly, I'd add a place to include your meds list. Just a good thing to have on hand & this would be the logical place.
