This app barely works 1/2 the time. It takes forever for it to load so you can even log it. This last attempt i waited 4 mins and it still wouldn't load.

this seems like a hoax phishing website. I tried for over a week to log in and never worked. The system kept saying there was an error and when I called IBC like it says to they said they couldn't see a problem.
