I've used this for a long time. Very clean, easy to use, and flexible.

Export creates the file into the Android/data directory which is inaccessible to Samsung's file explorer (My Files) app. The upload option fails whichever provider you choose. The file is useless in this manner and makes it impossible to get one's data out. Just create the file to the downloads directory.

Excellent intermittent fasting app! I've been using this for three years now and it still is great! I just wish the developer would all for imperial units for the Height metric.

I love the flexibility of editing!!!!!! I don't use a fitness app or recipes, but I really like being able to record the fast before It's finished and change it to the actual end when I am done that day. I had to go back several times at first to correct the data and I just so like that I am in charge of the data, not the app. I want a record keeper I control, not someone else's idea of how to put the information down. That is really why I gave it five stars. It's perfect for my needs.

Very good app for fasting. I would like to have more statistics, charts and thats stuff, but it is just my preference. The average fasting is counted from future days also. Which is kind of weird and also useless in my opition. I would like to see change in some upcoming updates. Or maybe I am wrong and this is just a feature.

About this app

What is Intermittent Fasting?

Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern where you cycle between periods of eating and fasting. It does not say anything about which foods to eat, but rather when you should eat them.

There are several different intermittent fasting methods, all of which split the day or week into eating periods and fasting periods. Most people already "fast" every day, while they sleep. Intermittent fasting can be as simple as extending that fast a little longer. You can do this by skipping breakfast, eating your first meal at noon and your last meal at 8 pm.

Then you're technically fasting for 16 hours every day, and restricting your eating to an 8-hour eating window. This is the most popular form of intermittent fasting, known as the 16/8 method.

Despite what you may think, intermittent fasting is actually fairly easy to do. Many people report feeling better and having more energy during a fast.

Hunger is usually not that big of an issue, although it can be a problem in the beginning, while your body is getting used to not eating for extended periods of time.

No food is allowed during the fasting period, but you can drink water, coffee, tea and other non-caloric beverages.

Some forms of intermittent fasting allow small amounts of low-calorie foods during the fasting period.

Taking supplements is generally allowed while fasting, as long as there are no calories in them.
