Really good app. Does everything I need it to do and shows you full records of your fasts. Tried others before finding this one and this is the only one I found that allows entering fasts at a later date (if you haven't had an opportunity at the time). Really happy with how this works, so 'thanks' to the makers :)

I really like how it's a simple lay out. No pop ups of adds to watch, it is free, doesn't prompt you to subscribe to pay anything. It doesn't have a feature to connect to a fit bit or any exercise apps which works for me. Switch "kb" to "lb" to track ur weight go to "stats" then click on the settings picture in upper right corner.👍😊☮️

I like that if you go to: set manually, then calendar. You can then add and edit any previous new fast information from any day in the past. Also, nice clear charts.

The Drink water function is useless, it doesn't have a reminder and it's easy to forget considering the number of time you have to input to achieve target. Rarely use it.

Love it. Reminds me when to do fluid intake. I can change my fast if i dont stay on it and i can change my water intake. Love it. Easy to comprehend

I love the simplicity of the app. If all we want to use is the fasting tracker, that's all we need to adjust. No need to be overwhelmed by unnecessary popups and plans. Of course, should you wish to do the extra (tracking weight etc), you could, but the app won't bombard you with sections you might not want to use.

About this app

What is Intermittent Fasting?

Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern where you cycle between periods of eating and fasting. It does not say anything about which foods to eat, but rather when you should eat them.

There are several different intermittent fasting methods, all of which split the day or week into eating periods and fasting periods. Most people already "fast" every day, while they sleep. Intermittent fasting can be as simple as extending that fast a little longer. You can do this by skipping breakfast, eating your first meal at noon and your last meal at 8 pm.

Then you're technically fasting for 16 hours every day, and restricting your eating to an 8-hour eating window. This is the most popular form of intermittent fasting, known as the 16/8 method.

Despite what you may think, intermittent fasting is actually fairly easy to do. Many people report feeling better and having more energy during a fast.

Hunger is usually not that big of an issue, although it can be a problem in the beginning, while your body is getting used to not eating for extended periods of time.

No food is allowed during the fasting period, but you can drink water, coffee, tea and other non-caloric beverages.

Some forms of intermittent fasting allow small amounts of low-calorie foods during the fasting period.

Taking supplements is generally allowed while fasting, as long as there are no calories in them.
