Stretched stock photo pngs of "smiling hip teen" plastered over every menu, low response times, very little feedback as to whether your imputs have gone through, and very little means of quickly getting a councilor and bringing them up to speed. Once you have connected to a councilor the app is longer needed, and that improves the experience. I don't want to discourage the use of this essential service, but I beg the developers to make a less depressing means of acessing it.
