terrible app! upgraded my phone to Samsung a70 and the tracker wont connect to bluetooth! doesn't even recognize the tracker. cant find a manual anywhere on the internet and its nowhere to be found on karrimor website. it's still within warranty but no one to contact. pointless if I cant use it.

VERY DISAPPOINTED: Fitness tracker bought for my son at Christmas, unfortunately his experience reflects many of the other reviews - following an app update no longer connecting, now tracker and app useless. I was hoping to be reassured by some action comments from Karrimor but nothing. Karrimor get the issue sorted and issue a corrected update, or for now admit you have issues and go pack to previous version.

Not very pleased, app stopped working and had to reinstall and therefore lost all data. After reinstall it doesn't properly track my sleep so I can't tell when I'm in deep sleep or not.

since this mornings upgrade the app wont open at all. previous to the upgrade it wasnt recording sleep patterns just hours in sleep mode. if i reinstall i will lose all my data. not impressed.

steps are wrong but all else works. some positive feedback so you never remove this app. fantastic! i think the pedometer is broken.

Terrible. Just stopped connecting. Doubtful accuracy, as the same run generates different distances covered. I'll be getting rid after writing this.
